- What a great place! Wendy and I have lived in Southwest Oakville for 23 years, and I've been involved in my children's education, both in their schools and at a grassroots political level since 1994. Having worked with and supported six different local trustees over that period, I'm stepping up now to offer Wards 1&2 residents the experience, dedication and interest we should expect from someone in this position of great trust.
